Welcome to the Tiger-Sounds Affiliate Program (the “Program”). The Program is operated by Apex Online International KFT, a limited liability company incorporated under Hungarian law and registered with the Hungarian Trade Register (“we”, “us”, “Tiger-Sounds”). By submitting your application to the Program, you (“Affiliate”, “you”) accept and agree to the following Terms.
1. Eligibility & Approval
The Program is invitation-only. Applications are reviewed manually. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application without justification. Approved Affiliates receive a unique referral link of the form https://tiger-sounds.com/?ref=<your-slug> and access to a dedicated affiliate dashboard at tiger-sounds.com/affiliate-area/.
2. Commission Scope
Commissions are calculated only on the Pendora VST purchase (any tier). Any other item that may be added to the order — upsells, bumps, cross-sells, post-purchase add-ons, subscriptions, services, or any non-Pendora product — is excluded from commission calculation.
3. Commission Rate
Standard commission rate: 30% of the net subtotal of the qualifying Pendora product, excluding VAT, taxes, and processing fees. Top-performing Affiliates may negotiate a higher rate on a case-by-case basis. Commissions are credited only on settled orders. Refunded orders, chargebacks, and fraudulent transactions cancel the corresponding commission automatically.
4. Cookie Duration & Attribution
The referral cookie is valid for 60 days from the first click on your referral link. Attribution is based on the last-click model: if a customer clicks multiple affiliate links, the most recent valid Affiliate at the time of order is credited.
5. Self-Affiliation Prohibited
You may not use your own referral link to purchase Pendora products. Any such purchase will not generate a commission and may result in immediate termination of your Affiliate account without notice or refund.
6. Public Coupon & Cashback Platforms Prohibited
You are not authorized to publish, list, post, or distribute your referral link on:
- Public coupon aggregators (RetailMeNot, Honey, Coupons.com, Slickdeals, etc.)
- Cashback platforms (Rakuten, TopCashback, etc.)
- Auto-applied discount browser extensions or services
- Bidding on Tiger-Sounds branded keywords (paid search, Google Ads, Bing Ads) without prior written authorization
Any violation will result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of pending commissions.
7. Content License & Reuse Rights
By participating in the Program, you grant Apex Online International KFT a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to reproduce, edit, and distribute any public content you produce mentioning or promoting Tiger-Sounds products (including your name, voice, image and likeness) for marketing, advertising and promotional purposes on any platform.
Duration: this license applies for the duration of your participation in the Program and for 2 years after termination, except in case of revocation.
Revocation: you may revoke this license at any time by emailing contact@tiger-sounds.com with a 60-day notice. If you wish to opt out at the time of your application, simply notify us in your registration message — revocation will then be immediate.
You retain full ownership of your original content. We may edit content for length, clarity, or brand alignment without altering its meaning. Credit attribution is at our discretion.
8. Payouts
Commissions are paid manually on the 15th of each month for the previous month, via Stripe transfer, Wise, or PayPal. Minimum payout threshold: 50€. Below this threshold, commissions roll over to the next payout cycle. Refunds occurring after a payout was made will be deducted from the next payout.
9. Marketing Guidelines
You agree to promote Tiger-Sounds in good faith: disclose your affiliate relationship in your content (as required by your local advertising regulations), avoid false or misleading claims, no spam or unsolicited bulk messaging, and no impersonation of Tiger-Sounds, our team, or other Affiliates.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination:
- Your referral link will be deactivated
- Pending commissions earned before termination will be paid at the next regular payout cycle
- The content license granted in Section 7 remains in force for 2 years after termination, except in case of revocation as described in Section 7
We reserve the right to terminate immediately and forfeit pending commissions in case of fraud, breach of these Terms, or harm to the Tiger-Sounds brand.
11. Independent Contractor Relationship
Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, agency, or franchise relationship between you and Apex Online International KFT. You are an independent contractor and are solely responsible for your own taxes, social charges, and legal compliance in your country of residence.
12. Limitation of Liability
Apex Online International KFT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the Program. Our total liability is limited to the total commissions paid to you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued participation in the Program after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. Any dispute arising from the Program will be submitted to the competent courts of Hungary, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence.
