Is Pendora compatible with my DAW?

Pendora works with every DAW that supports VST3 or AU plugin formats. Officially tested on FL Studio, Ableton Live, Logic Pro, Cubase, Pro Tools and Reason.

Is Pendora compatible with Apple Silicon (M1 / M2 / M3 / M4)?

Yes. Pendora runs natively on Apple Silicon (M1 → M4) and on Intel Macs. No Rosetta required.

Which macOS / Windows versions are supported?

macOS 11 Big Sur and later (including Sonoma and Sequoia). Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit only).

Which plugin formats does Pendora support?

VST3 (Windows + macOS) and AU (macOS only). Compatible with 32-bit and 64-bit hosts.

How many presets does Pendora include?

Pendora ships with 150+ factory presets plus 100+ presets across 3 expansion packs, for a total of 275+ studio-ready sounds. Pendora Lite includes 30 hand-picked presets.

How big is Pendora on my hard drive?

The Windows installer is around 2 GB. Once installed, Pendora takes about 5 GB on your drive.

Can I use Pendora to sell beats and place tracks commercially?

Yes. All Tiger-Sounds products are 100% royalty-free. Use Pendora on any beat you sell, place or license. No additional royalties owed.

Is the website secure for purchases?

Yes. Tiger-Sounds runs over HTTPS / SSL. Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal (industry-standard encryption). We never store card details on our servers.

The installer launched but nothing seems to happen, what should I do?

The installer can take 30 to 60 seconds to load on systems without an SSD (it unpacks ~2 GB). On Windows, run the installer as Administrator. On macOS, see the next question.

macOS says "Pendora can't be opened because the developer is unidentified". How do I fix this?

On first launch, right-click the plugin file in Finder → Open → Open anyway. Alternatively go to System Settings → Privacy & Security and click Allow anyway next to the Pendora notification. One-time step.

On how many computers can I install Pendora?

You can install Pendora on up to 3 personal computers (your studio, your laptop, your second machine). For studio installations beyond that, contact us.

How do I receive updates?

Updates are pushed via your Tiger-Sounds account dashboard. You'll receive an email when a new version ships. All updates are free for life.

Will I get lifetime access if I purchase Pendora?

Yes, except in cases of misuse (account sharing, redistribution). All updates are free for life.
